Founded in 1977 and incorporated in 1981, W. R. Welborn and Son, Inc. is a fully bonded and authorized contractor for Region VII schools. We have longstanding employees who have worked with us for 20-25 years. Since 1977, we have expanded our services to include asphalt paving, soil stabilization, base/density controlled sub-grade preparation and GPS machine controls.
W.R. Welborn & Son, Inc. specializes in commercial excavation, site work and asphalt paving services in the East Texas area. We can handle a variety of paving and excavation projects from civil engineered projects to large urban developments including factory and industrial site preparation. We handle all phases from soil stabilization to subgrade preparation.
